After 3 Months of using, we always getting troubles with the printhead and the bad ability of the printer to keep the printhead during non working days. There is a response regarding the repair from technician Frank, but the technical response and the strength to withstand problems of the machine are very weak! I replace the print head 3 times during this short period!, knowing that I try to print every day! The ink dries quickly which lead to printhead clogged and this is not normal for a new machine at least! I do not recommend if you are not proficient in dealing with Epson printheads and these Chinese machines!
